If you purchased through our online store
You can submit a request to replace the product within 7 days of receiving the shipment as long as the shipment is intact and in its original condition and without any damage and wrapped in the original packaging of a special company for oud and perfumes by communicating with the customer service team in our online store in the following ways

With the clarification of the invoice number and the reason for the replacement, in turn, the service team will contact the customer within 48 hours to arrange the replacement or return process
The replacement is for a product with the same value or a higher value for the product to be replaced, and the customer is charged to pay the difference.
The original invoice must be attached to the product to be replaced
The customer will be charged the shipping fees for the product to be replaced through the shipping companies and he will also bear the value of the return shipment knowing that these amounts are paid to the shipping company and these amounts are deducted from the customer's recovered value.
The product is replaced free of charge in the event that a product is received that is in violation of what was purchased by the customer and it has been proven that the product has a manufacturing defect
The replacement process may take 15 days until the product to be replaced is received by the shipping company and a replacement is sent for it
